Hi, I think I am also facing same problem , Basically I want my students should enroll for a course , pass the test and get a certificate.
I tried enabling "Completion Tracking" but unable to know even its result, Basically I tried the steps below,
Created a course and also a quiz with it.
An activity - i.e. a certificate from the module - Simple Certificate - is added , however, a default image is selected but student is not able to see the option - Certificate.
I am not able to configure my site as mentioned above, and I do not know coding. Any help would be really appreciated.
