I've installed a few bootstrap themes to test in our 2.5.1 testing environment and the only one that shows the collapsed topic as I'm used to seeing it is the Buckle Theme. The others all show up similar to the attached image. How can I get rid of the extra information being displayed (circled in red)? I can't find a setting anywhere.

What you are seeing is not specific to Collapsed Topics or Bootstrap, rather it pertains to the 'Show one section per page' value of the 'Course layout' setting on the 'course format' section of the 'course settings', changing it to 'Show all sections on one page' will remove it. Any course format that implements this setting, like 'Topics' will have it.
