Seeing the following errors in my error_log. Any thoughts:

Can you tell me what version of Moodle and of the ddmach question you are using ?

I am on MoodleMoodle 2.5.1+ (Build: 20130726)

with ddmatch 2013062409

Hello,

I seems that one of the choices in a ddmach question was removed after the question was attempted. Unfortunately there is no warning if a teacher do that.

Please note the problem is no specific to ddmach, the core matching question has exactly the same behaviour and produce similar errors messages in that situation.

Better to instruct all teachers that you can' add or remove any stem or choice after a ddmatch or matching question has been attempted.

Unfortunately the t key of my keyboard has some problems. Sorry.
