I have a standard setup, with a certificate that is displayed and viewable after completion of a certain training, that part all seems to work. The problem I am having is some users are not clicking on their certificate and unless the click on it, it actually doesn't seem to issue them one until they click on it.
I would like it to issue to them promptly upon completion whether they click on it or not, is there a way for this to work?
