When i Upgrade from 2.5.1 + 20130719  to last build 2.5.1 + 20130726

The upgrade stuck on http://www.eerste-hulp-online.nl/admin/index.php?confirmupgrade=1&confirmrelease=1

I treid diferrent browsers other times but it keep on stopping here.

Sorry, i was still trying the upgrade with Firefox, and he did it ???

IE and Chrome didn't work

Read the page carefully, are any of the plugins marked with an error message (higher version already installed, depends on another plugin that is not present, depends on a later version of Moodle)?

If that doesn't help, make sure debugging is on http://docs.moodle.org/en/Debugging and report any error messages here.
