I'm having a problem of not being able to change the Collapsed Topics on hover (over the bar) colour.
"Default toggle background hover colour"
I tried changing the color from the http://www.moodurian.com/cefl/admin/settings.php?section=formatsettingtopcoll
but to no avail. The toggle background hover remains the default peachy red (#FF7878) color despite me clearing my cache via "Development | Purge All Caches" or "Theme Selector | Clear Theme Caches".
I'm using this version of topcoll:
