I am at the point of installing Moodle for testing on my own windows machine using the latest download. I get the following fatal error:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\Program Files\EasyPHP-DevServer-13.1VC9\data\localweb\moodle\lib\moodlelib.php on line 8377

What do I need to change to fix this?

I found that EasyPHP has a configuration for the default max execution time = 30 seconds. I update the max, saved it and I am off to the races.
