Is there anyway to get a face to face event into a users outlook calendar by clicking on a link in an email.
I've selected the icalendar option and it does put it into outlook but only in a icalexport, so you have to look at both calendars which isn't ideal.
I have been sent invitations to webinars that have had a nice simple link in an email which has put the appointment directly into my outlook calendar once it has been clicked on rather than in an icalexport but not using moodle does this depend on the sotware being used?
