New Assignment Module - Teacher has a submission status

Upgraded from 2.4 to Moodle 2.5 latest build as of 6th July 2013.

When I login to as a teacher and click on an assignment, my teacher has a submission status anyway to remove this? because the teacher is not required to submit any work to this assignment.

I've been hunting everywhere for an answer to exactly this question. Have you ever found an answer?  Seems it's either a rare issue or no one else cares.

I agree, submission status should not be there unless the teacher also has the student role.

Indeed, this problem has been appeared to other moodle versions as well. 

I suppose it's a bug.. sad
