When I open an editor (for instance when I want to upload a new ressource) the eidtor window´s default size is very little. I know I can just click the enlarge editor button, but is there a way to change the default size?

Open the /moodle/mod/resource/type/html/html.html
and find print_textarea function calls and add preferred size (you can look at the print_textarea code from weblib.php in /moodle/lib directory).
