Im not sure if this is the place to ask, but here goes:
Im trying to add a file to a course using the URL downloader. I have tried pasting the following url: images.wikia.com/jamescameronsavatar/images/1/13/Awesome.png just for testing purposes, and I'm met with a popup error box stating: "Invalid JSON string".
I have also tried pasting the url of a .zip file (http://code.jquery.com/mobile/1.3.1/jquery.mobile-1.3.1.zip) but I get the message: "No files available".
I have read the documentation and been going through user examples but to no avail - to everyone else it seems, this feature is working perfectly.
I am running a moodle 2.5.1+....should I raise a ticket on this or am I simply doing it wrong?
