A teacher has reported the following issues; and I don't know how to begin troubleshooting.
1.) Not showing completed or having a grade after being completed.
2.) Rolling enrollement, several user completed the course a month ago. this past week show up as being incomplete

I was able to meet with the user and gather more details.
Inside Grader Report, the user took the quiz but the Cell is blank.
I added max_input_vars = 4000 to php.ini and it did not resolve the issue
Has it been overridden? Click on the edit icon by the grade box and uncheck overridden if it is checked. Then if you still get no grade, go to the quiz and check regrade.
I am presuming that you have checked the user actually took the quiz?
Can you manually enter a grade in there? If not, try raising input_vars to 20000 and see if that helps at all.
