Chris and I have just released STACK 3.1.
Chris has now been using STACK 3 at Birmingham for a whole academic year, and we have been using it at the Open University for six months. The OU stats are that so far 700 different students have made 6500 question-attempts.
In that time of running STACK we have found and fixed a number of bugs. We have also made some minor enhancements, for example to make the editing form a bit easier to use. So STACK is now better, and more reliable than ever and it seemed like a good idea to make sure the latest code was in the Moodle plugins database. If you are going to upgrade from an earlier version, you need to upgrade all the related plugins:
- qformat_stack (optional, only needed if you want to import STACK 2.0 questions)
- quiz_stack (optional, quiz report providing more details about STACK questions)
We hope you continue to enjoy using STACK, and find it useful in your teaching,
Tim & Chris.
P.S. Since it is me posting, I can advertise Chris's book, which I highly recommend:
