Hi,
I'm using 2.5 and want to give a teacher the permission to upload new users and allocate them to a group in a course. I've worked out how to do this using my admin account and it works fine, but when using the other account it creates the users but ignores the group information fields (I created a clone of a teacher account and allowed Upload new users from file moodle/site:uploadusers and put this role at System level). I've also tries this from a Manager account and the same happens - the users are created but not allocated to their groups.
What settings on the account do I need to do this?
