I have showsiteparticipantlist set to "Students and teachers"
Would it have anything to do with my "groups" settings? That has been the only significant change to my site. A user, inside their course, can see everyone's profile, but the same user outside the course cannot. I am trying to get it like the moodle.org or my own university set up, whereby once I log in, I can see all profiles, even if I don't enter a course.
Could it have something to do with my group mode? I have it set to "visible groups".
