I have downloaded and tested out the word to scorm conversion application.  For those of you out there it looks promising.

When I create a scorm file and upload it to moodle I get the following message:

Not Found

The requested URL /loader.htm was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Roy:

you may want to try this advice from Paul

"... There are a couple of issue we've very recently become aware of as I'm
sure you've seen on the Moodle forums, so until we release a fix for these
it is probably best to aware of them.
When using SCORM always tick the 'Enable Scoring and Tracking' box in
the settings page on the 'Assessment' Tab and leave the 'Page Root' on the
'General' tab set to 'page'.

If you have any further questions let me know.
Best Regards,
Paul Lewis from Connected Learning  the makers of CGenie.

You may want to try, in case you have not done it.

Please let us know if it worked for you.

Hi,

I've been in touch with Roy directly and it seems that his problem might be related to http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=8143

I'm just waiting for some more info back from Roy.

Cheers,
Paul

Yes, Paul has been very helpful. But the problem lies in the fact that the webhost only has apache 1.3 and is running php in cgi mode.

unless the host will update or not run php in cgi mode, I will have to switch servce providers.
