no images in site admin after fresh install

I just installed Moodle 2.5 on a shared hosted server.

Everything seems to work fine, but no images are shown in site admin.

I tried to disable slash arguments, but that didn't work either.

 

A few months ago I installed Moodle 2.4 at the same host (on another domain) too and that works okay! I've checked all settings and they are the same.

Can someone help me?

UPDATE: Installed Moodle 2.4.4 on the same domain too (in a different folder). And this works without any problem!

I uploaded all files of Moodle 2.5 again and "purged all caches", but the same problems still exists.

Any suggestions?
