One of my teachers would like to have students be able to click on the topic title in the navigation bar and be brought to that section of the course rather than either scroll down the page or have to click on an activity/resource in that topic.
Is this possible? If this was a webpage I'd throw in anchor tags, but I can't seem to find a way to reproduce that basic function in moodlerooms....
Any help would be appreciated.

I would display the course in a format that every topic is on a different page.
Then I wold put the URL of the topic that is wanted in the custom menu of Moodle.
When the student will click the menu it will go straight to the topic.

I tried this just now on the sandbox site. You can click on the topics in the navigation pane, but it still doesn't bring you to that section like he wants it to; you still have to scroll down past the Welcome section, which seems to appear on every page.
