Hi,

We are required to encrypt our connection with MSSQL Server. We using Moodle 1.9.17 on a Windows 2008 server and the document the blog below suggests that we can change the connection string parameters in a php application to encrypt connection between the web application and db server.

What would be the relevant files in Moodle that require modification as config.php would only accept parameters like dbname, paswword, uid etc.
