By Login area are you meaning the login page or the login block?

It may be that Magazine theme does not have this CSS in its stylesheet as all themes inherit most of the core css from Base and Canvas themes.

However to fix the problem you could try to add the follwoing to Magazine theme's core.css...

This is all the CSS related to the login page.

* Login
.loginbox {margin:15px;overflow:visible;}
.loginbox.twocolumns {margin:15px;}
.loginbox h2,
.loginbox .subcontent {margin:5px;padding:10px;text-align:center;}
.loginbox .loginpanel .desc {margin:0;padding:0;margin-bottom:5px;}
.loginbox .signuppanel .subcontent {text-align:left;}
.dir-rtl .loginbox .signuppanel .subcontent {text-align: right;}
.loginbox .loginsub {margin-left:0;margin-right:0;}
.loginbox .guestsub,
.loginbox .forgotsub,
.loginbox .potentialidps {margin:5px 12%;}
.loginbox .potentialidps .potentialidplist {margin-left:40%;}
.loginbox .potentialidps .potentialidplist div {text-align:left;}
.loginbox .loginform {margin-top:1em;text-align:left;}
.loginbox .loginform .form-label {float:left;text-align:right;width:44%;direction:rtl; white-space:nowrap;}
.dir-rtl .loginbox .loginform .form-label {float:left;text-align:right;width:44%;direction:ltr; white-space:nowrap;}
.loginbox .loginform .form-input {float:right;width:55%;}
.loginbox .loginform .form-input input {width: 6em;}
.loginbox .signupform {margin-top:1em;text-align:center;}
.loginbox.twocolumns .loginpanel {float:left;width:49.5%;border-right: 1px solid;margin-bottom:-2000px;padding-bottom:2000px;}
.loginbox.twocolumns .signuppanel {float:right;width:50%;margin-bottom:-2000px;padding-bottom:2000px;}
.loginbox .potentialidp .smallicon { vertical-align: text-bottom; margin: 0 .3em; }

If it is the login block then there is a font size listed in Magazine/style/core.css at about line 420 which gives this snippet of CSS...

.block_login.block div.content label {
font-size: 11px;
display: inline-block;
min-width: 50px;
margin-right: 3px;

Re: Edit Font size in Magazie 2.4.4

Hello Mary

Thank you for this, It was the login page I was referring to so I have added the script as you suggested - I must be really thick today - where would I increase the font size with your script?

Sorry to be a pain smile sarah
