I am using Moodle 2.4.3+ (Build: 20130405)
Sometime, What happen,
Some Questions Content is inserted incorrectly by Teacher/Admin.
✪ How / Where students can inform their Teacher/Admin from diff. Courses ABOUT Wrong Question in Quiz ?
✪ Teacher/Admin should get all information about Wrong Q. from Diff. Courses on one Page.
✪ How to make this possible ?

For students: Talk to the teacher, email them, send them a Moodle message, post in a forum, ...
For teachers, use the quiz statistics report. Any question where Discrimination index is low should be considered with suspicion.

Right NOW we are using 'Talk to Teacher' Method. But this is not Perfect for every time.
I think, "Forum' is Right Method

I have an idea.
Suppose i have Created Wiki on Front page. [My Home>Sie Pages>Wiki]
Where Students can add their Feed backs about Wrong Q. in PREDEFINED Wiki.
But,
I have Q.. How to assign this Wiki to all 'Authenticated User' at System Level.
I mean No need to add Potential user to this Wiki.
Plz. Assist.

Is there a way/has there been any discussion of adding a way to create a report that lists all of the questions that were flagged for a certain quiz?
