I am very new to moodle and have taken over looking after the site. Users complete e learning courses and completion is tracked by the number of slides viewed. If all sections are completed a final assessment can then be viewed.
I have users that have completed all sections and completed the final assessment. They have received a tick confirming completion but then last week a number of users have seen the tick turn into a x , when you hover over the X it states completed but not passed, however the section did not contain an assessment, only the need to view a certain number of slides.
I have no idea how or what has happened or unsure how to amend.
