We've been hosting our own Moodle server for about a year and a half. Recently, because of staffing changes, we just don't have the time to deal with it anymore, and were looking for a hosted solution.
We've contact several Moodle hosting companies/places (some partners, some not) and gathered up some information, but for whatever reason, we haven't been able to talk to a real person at Classroom Revolution.
We're really interested in finding out more about CR, but every time I call, I'm directed to someone's voice mail, and despite leaving numerous messages, no one has returned my call.
I guess I'm looking to see what kind of experiences others have had with Classroom Revolution. Has anyone else had these kinds of problems in contacting sales? What's the tech support like, if it's this hard to even purchase their service?
