i want to experience the Glossary block, but i couldn't find the way that how to creat a new entry for glossay
and i'm using the version 2.5
and the following pic is the glossary block display, please help me check it

Hello, there is no "Glossary block" in Moodle. To create new entries in a glossary you must first of all create a new glossary, using the Add an activity or resource link on your moodle course front page.
