In the survey module, a box appears at the end of each response where the teacher can add their own notes. It would be nice if such a feature could be added to each individual questionnaire response, and that information were then exportable in CSV.
The way I am thinking of using such a feature is that I currently have a questionnaire for people to fill out if they are interested in being a beta tester of my site. I'd like to be able to read them and indicate to myself whether they would make a good beta tester or not, and then be able to separate out the ones I've selected.
