I wan to add logo to header in overlay theme.Kindly please help me how i will add my company logo to it.i am using moodle 2.4

However, can you please not scatter multiple posts across the forums.You have posted this same request in the Repositories forum and the Forums forum (at least!) as well as here where it belongs in the Themes forum. This is not good practice and is unlikely to get you a response any faster as it is not relevant to those forums!
