I am running sync_users with LDAP integration and it is missing a user

Hello,

I am running: 

sudo -u apache /usr/bin/php /var/www/html/moodle/auth/ldap/cli/sync_users.php -d log_errors=1 -d error_reporting=E_ALL -d display_errors=0 -d html_errors=0 -d memory_limit=256M > /var/log/sync_users.log 2>&1

 

However it creates all users in this OU except it misses one, I don't know where to begin to troubleshoot.. any advice is appreciated.

I'm rather busy right now so I can't promise I'll answer back fast, but if you provide us your Moodle version and LDAP configuration details, and some details about the missing user, that would probably help smile

Moodle 2.4.1+ (Build: 20130308)

The users lives in DOMAIN>BU>BENCO>User Accounts>Dispatch

All users in this OU were created by the script except 1, I compated attributes and didn't see any differences.

I updated a field to see if it would trigger the script but it didnt.

 

Contexts: ou=business units,dc=benco,dc=com
