Table Borders not appearing?

Hello all

I just noticed that when I created a table in the Book the outside borders appear OK but the inside borders are missing when viewed in the Book.

They show up OK in the HTML Editor as shown here - http://screencast.com/t/xGosO0gz

but when you view them in the Book only the outside border appears as shown here - http://screencast.com/t/D38I35Ut

I checked in Firefox, Chrome and IE and I get the same results and I looked at the Moodle Tracker and there doesn't appear to be any bug causing this

Anybody have any thoughts?

I had the same problem, and the way around it is this:

From the HTML editor, right click any cell of your table, then click cell, then table cell properties.  On the advanced tab, under style, enter your border style information, ie - border:0px solid black; , then from the dropdown menu, choose update all cells in table.

Hi Frank

Go to page where you insert table and edit it and then select a table cell, right click in it and you will get option for cell > edit cell properties. Click on advanced tab above it and select the border color for example black and save it and finally save the page.

And you can also update all the cells at once by choosing from the drop-down list.
