want to set the teacher rule in the site

hi to all,

i already assign the rule for teacher that he can create or modify the course but when i loged in as a teacher then i am not able to modification the course topic which i already create from administration pannel but i also set the rule for teacher that he can enrol student ,create course and do other modification but when i loged in like a teacher i am just able to create course but not able to modify previous course.

please kindly response me soon.

Teachers cannot add or delete courses or access the page you are referring to,although they can modify their own course from inside the course and accessing Administration>Course administration>Edit settings. If you wish teachers to have more privileges sitewide then consider the Manager role and also take a look at Standard roles

I noticed you have posted the same question in several different forum threads,which is not in keeping with the forum guidelines so let's stay with this one thread

thanks for ur response but i need my answer soon and nobody response to me.thats why i thought i could post it related forum.as u know i am new in moodle and i dont know the rule for forum posting.anyway but till now i am not able to fixed my problem.cause i create a course from admin pannel and i enrole the course for teacher also but when i looged in as a teacher i am not able to edit the course.like from my teacher login pannel i am not able to see this page.which i attach below.please response to me.

hi, sorry to ask u more then one.i have the problem when i assign the rule for a teacher.i set the teacher can edit or delect course but if i saw from teacher admin pannel he can saw all th admin course.but i want one teacher can just see his own course not the course create but others.

Not a problem -( here is the Forum Code of Conduct by the way)

If you want a teacher to just be able to edit his own course and not create or delete any courses then use the standard teacher role and give him this role in each course you wish. He will see all other courses but won't be able to access or edit them. He won't see the same admin panel as you but he will be able to get into his course from the list in the Navigation block on the side or even the front page if you have set the front page to show courses.
If you want him to be able to create courses and edit his own courses but not other people's courses then make him a Course creator

thanks again but till now i am stuck with my very problem i know for u it is very simple problem but dont know why i was not able to solve this problem.i get confused my this problem.

for assign a teacher rul u mean form admin panel i create a tecaher name then i got to my admin pannel and i try a lot for assign the rule fro my new craete teacher 2...but i was not able to edit the course which i assign for this teacher.
