Have you gone into the php.ini file and increased the max_upload_size and max_post_size sizes? That is what the error message is telling you. If you cannot access the ini file, then perhaps you can break it down into a smaller set of files, and append to the course in the v2.5. If you are trying to include User data, I suggest you leave that out all together - that will not restore.
