Sharing Lessons between courses in Moodle 2.2

I am using Moodle 2.2 and would like to share a lesson that I have attached to one course within another course.  Can this be done?

Hi Rebecca

You can use Sharing cart block to share resources/activities from one course to another course. Please read this http://docs.moodle.org/22/en/Sharing_Cart  . You need to install this block in your moodle. Its a very easy way to copy one course to another course in few seconds only.

Another way to do this if you are not allowed to download contributed modules (add-ons)is to use the import features - see Import course data

Great will give this ago as I don't think I can't see a share cart in my blocks and don't think I have permission to download to server
