M2.5 - Uploaded feedback files won't save

Hi,

On the newest 2.5 - when trying to upload a file it looks like it has uploaded, click save, it says it has saved, and then in the grade all page / student view there is no feedback. This is via the grade form for an individual student.

Anyone else experiencing this?

It works for me, can you please list all the settings for your assignment that is not working?

It has the sequence I went through as well as the settings screenshot.

I've done some testing on this and I know the circumstances under which it happens, but not how to permanently cure the problem.

1. Our server is set with a max limit of 2gb upload for large courses etc.

2. If you don't change the settings for the course - (site upload limit) the upload of files seems to fail, but if you change it to something else, it then works fine (even if you change it back to site upload limit).

Any ideas on the actual source of the problem?
