HI,
I worked out there is a checksum error on the temporary file name for backups.
Just visit the moodledata/temp/backup/ folder and clear out all the contents.
Re-run the backup and that should be fine.
The issue is related to a mismatch of the filename hash, but deleting the files allows it to run properly and complete.
