All my staff and students can log in with one exception! She's enrolled in the courses as a teacher. I have tried resetting her password and even creating her as a new user with a different username but same email address and password.
Currently we are moodle 2.4 but this happened over in 2.3. All ideas appreciated. Thanks.

First try to reset the password. But if it does not work edit the old profile email address to something else and then create a new account with the same email address. I have attach the screenshot. Hope this will work for you
Paul - check her account hasn't by mistake been suspended - from Site admin>Users>Browse list of users - click to edit her account and check the authentication method. (It happened to me once)
