We have been using self-enrollment for a long time and now wish to change it self-enroll and flat file enroll. The idea is this:
1. First two weeks of classes, students will self-enroll (no key needed).
2. After two weeks, all students who are self-enroll will be removed
3. After two week, we will enroll students using flat-file
Now, things should work perfectly as we can set the self-enrollment period to 14 days. thus any self-enrollment student will be removed when the time comes. The issue at hand is the old courses (which is now hidden) which we still want to keep students enroll for historical data.
Any ideas?
Of course, if we can somehow to do a trial period for each course that should work too. For example, the first two weeks of courses are trial, and any student can enroll himself. after that, it's flat-file enrollment.
