Location of cron.php in CentOS 6.4 - Linux 2.4.3

I had a site running on a VPS with GoDaddy where the email posting alerts in forums were sent out by using the following command in my task scheduling interface:

/usr/bin/php "$HOME/site1/admin/cli/cron.php"

On my new dedicated server the directory structure is not the same. I did a whereis and can't find cron.php. Any idea what the syntax might be or what I should be looking for to get alerts to go out when new posts are put in."

See \www\htdocs\moodle\admin

This is really not the correct forum for cron issues.
