When I go to Assign system roles I only get 3 categories Admin, Manager, Course Creator. How to enable Teacher in this category??
I already have default teacher role in Manger roles.

If you assign the Teacher role to a user at the system level that person will be a Teacher in every single course on your system. Are you sure that's what you want to do?
No.... I didn't think of that.
But is there a way to have teacher access to specific courses???

If you want your teacher role assigned only in specific courses, just assign the teacher role at course level. To do that create a course first, then manually enroll the user you want with teacher role as you would do for any other manual course enrollment, making sure you select the teacher role when manually enrolling instead of student role (which should be the default).
Teacher role by default can be assigned at course level, so you should have no problem in selecting that role during manual enrollments in course contexts.
