Using latest version of Moodle 2.4 and wake up this morning and all blocks on my entire site (Home/Course/Course Pages are all missing in action. What's worst as admin, I can't add any blocks anywhere. Receive the "You can't add blocks to this page", which applies to every page.
I've tried deleting existing theme in Cpanel (can't get to admin block inside Moodle) and even on standard theme no blocks. Any suggestions?
