Problem with elluminate

I have a problem with elluminate,

Only admin can enter to the session,

teacher and student are get an error in moodle:

"unable to launch the session"

Does anyone know what can I do?

The support didn't solve the problem yet..

@Raphael,

What is "elluminate"? It's not a standard Moodle plugin that I know of. If you have a problem with a non-standard plugin, the best thing to do is to contact its developer.

Hi Joseph - I believe Elluminate was the forerunner of Blackboard's Collaborate

Richard is right,

Anyway it seems to work on moodle2.4 but not on moodle2.3

I am trying to figure out the reason.
