Could you please list step by step instructions from the beginning for how we can have multiple schools in one moodle. Please advice

It sounds like you are looking for something known as 'multi tenancy'. There isn't a straightforward answer to your question and it depends on exactly what your requirements are (e.g. does each school need the same plugins? do you need local admins for each school? what exactly can those local admins edit?)

Thanks for your reply. Sorry for my delay reply. Exactly this concept I want. I reviewed your Multi-tenancy-in-Moodle.pdf its good. I am having little bit confusion about each folder based config file creation and Database manage. Please advice. How I will manage those. Thanks

I'm not the author of the PDF (it was my boss, Alex who wrote it). Could you explain a bit more clearly which method you are asking about, as there are several different multi-tenancy solutions discussed in the PDF and I don't know which one you are referring to.

Thanks for your reply. Could you explain detailed step by step how to configure multi (Sub domain / directory) sites. Refer the below site and visit "University" link in top menu. Each University have separate sub directory site. How I will achive this. Thanks
