In the documentation it mentions that the site (http://qa.moodle.net/) is reset once a day at 00:00 UTC. However while performing the tests , I notice that the changes I make are overriden within 20-30 mins?

Hi there. The site is reset every hour in that any changes people make during that hour are overridden. It is upgraded to the latest test version once a day so it is always up to date. Hope that clarifies it for you.
