Moodle version 2.4
I am currently at the end of a customisation project for a UK Goverment Agency, the only problem I currently have is that the activity file picker just spins on their computers. I think this is an issue with their severely locked down systems - however I cannot get them to check the problem and cannot check it myself as I do not have site access.
So the question is can I disable the full functionality of the file picker and default back to a html form file submit As this is the only place they currenly upload to it would be great just to do it for the file picker on the activity submission page.
