I have added a PPT file and a JPG in my resourse directory and when I try to open it I'm getting the following error

Object not found!

The requested URL was not found on this server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster

Hi Shaan,

The problem is nothing but some settings needed in the application,

Follow these steps and hope everything will work fine !!

It worked in my case wink

login as Admin, go into the "Configure Variables" page and change the setting for "slasharguments". You should now be able to access your uploaded files.
