Could someone please explain how the average rank is calculated?
I have 8 questions with responses 1 - 5 .....how do I get 5.3?

I have split your question to a new discussion thread. It's impossible to answer your question without looking at the exact content and settings of your questionnaire's questions. Can you post here one of those questions with all its settings?
Anyway, I'm wondering about that 6th column on your screenshot.
