I have upgraded to the latest version of the questionnaire module and now I cannot edit any of my existing questionnaires. I have attached a screenshot.

It looks like this questionnaire is using a 'public' questionnaire. The actual questionnaire is owned by a different course. Check the other course to find which one owns questionnaire and you will be able to edit it there.

Thank you Mike, that was my problem. By the way, I had posted earlier to this forum about having problems using this mod with PHP 5. Changed to 4.3.10 and it works great. Thanks for your work on this.
