Hi guys, can anyone tell me how I can add a note/ feedback after I have completed a scheduled appointment? I thought/saw something somewhere that I could do this.

If it's still of help: Click on the student's name in the list of completed slots. You will then be able to enter a comment (visible to you and to to the specific student).
Is it possible to export notes made against student appointments? when using the export tool, I only seem to get the students name and time of the appointment.
No, that's not currently possible.
However, is it possible to see the notes related to a student, not just through the actual appointment that it refers to.
Yes, if all appointments are in the same scheduler. When viewing any of the appointments, click on the tab "All appointments of this student" (in Scheduler 2.7) .
