We've used questionnaire for 1.9 (last 1.9 version) for ages and everything was fine.
We're now trying moodle 2.4 and have problems with updating the questionnaire module. (we get a white screen below the header after clicking on the "update the database now" button)
At first I just downloaded the last 2.3 version, noticed it wasn't working, red the README, noticed the "update with questionaire 2.2 first", did it, still got the white screen, downloaded the 2.0 version, still got the white screen, activated the debug info display, still got the full white screen... without any debug info ! >_<
Does anyone have some ideas ?
