Yeah, it is most likely that I messed up somewhere.
Will I was restoring my few courses I noticed that there made with version 2.6 dev. The backup version is 2.5.
I do recall installing moodle v2.6 with git. But then it's the normal procedure. Also I thought that changing branch to MOODLE_25_STABLE would change every thing back to 25. Apparently it did not.
Any way, it's was a good excuse to restore some courses. I succeeded. I'm done.
