I am using the certificate plugin (ver 2013021200 and Moodle 2.3+) for staff who complete some of our accreditation courses.
The certificates are issuing as intended for the student role but the non-editing teacher role does not seem to be recognised by the certificate plugin at all.
We have a mixture of assessible items including quizzes and assignments that require successful completion before the certificate will be issued.
Am I missing something?
My review of the site certificate settings and user role permissions have not provided any answers.
