Having spent the better part of a day working with the new 1.5Dev gradebook, I am very pleased. It is significantly quicker, making grading several hundred assignments a relatively painless task
I have a couple of questions though about aesthetics...
- The new format is very tedious for students to follow. Is there any way we can list these values in a scrollable page downward, instead of across?
- If the page is to stay in this format, I do not see a style setting for the background of the tables used when the "grades" link is chosen. The alternating .r0 & .r1 styles would fit nicely here, but I am not sure how to add them.
- I would also like to change the colors of the table headings. Again, I do not set classes established for these.
Overall the new interface for grading assignments is WONDERFUL!! I would just like to see some aesthetic issues addressed in the output.
